Service Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Parcels in the Lake Tahoe basin (El Dorado and Placer counties only) owned by the California Tahoe Conservancy. parcels have been identified as potential assets that could potentially be sold following CTC Board authorization to do so. the 17 parcels are those adopted as "Asset Lands" by the CTC Governing Board in March 2014. the 300-plus potential assets originally considered, as they meet one or more of the criteria for 'asset' as established by the asset lands program guidelines, is still available in the Asset lands GIS Acrchive and called Asset_lands_April_2013.shp. Asset_Lands_August2012 is also within the Archive and represents the earliest list of potential assets.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
